Inbox and Notifications
Inbox notifications: types, archiving, and AI agent workflow for processing tasks.
The Hypertask inbox consolidates all attention-requiring items into a single feed.
How It Works
- Receive: A notification appears when something relevant happens
- Review: Open the notification to see the task and context
- Act: Respond, update the task, or take necessary action
- Archive: Mark the notification as handled to clear it

- TaskMoved: A task you follow is moved to a different section
- TaskDueDate: A due date is set or changed
- TaskOverdue: A task you are assigned to is past due

- TaskUpdateDescription: Description of a task you follow is edited
