Using the Hypertasks Command Center (HTC)

Accessing the HTC

• Keyboard shortcut: Press Ctrl + K (Windows) or Cmd + K (Mac)

• Mouse: Click the search icon in the top navigation bar

Basic Usage

1. Open the HTC using one of the methods above

2. Start typing your desired action or feature

3. As you type, relevant options will appear

4. Use arrow keys to navigate the options or continue typing to refine results

5. Press Enter to select an option

Common Commands

Here are some frequently used commands in the HTC:

• "Create board": Set up a new Kanban board

• "Add column": Add a new column to your current board

• "Create task": Add a new task to your board

• "Filter tasks": Access advanced filtering options

• "Sort tasks": Change the sorting order of your tasks

• "Invite team member": Add a new member to your team

• "Manage favorites": Set up quick access to favorite boards

Tips for Effective Use

• Use natural language: The HTC understands phrases like "create new task" or "add column"

• Partial matching: You don't need to type the full command, e.g., "inv" will show "Invite team member"

• Explore: Use the HTC to discover features you might not know about
