Web Search: Now Available in Task Writer & Write with AI

This new feature is available in both description fields and comments, using the same keyboard shortcut but with context-specific actions.

Accessing Web Search

The keyboard shortcut Cmd+J (Mac) or Ctrl+J (Windows) serves two different purposes depending on where you use it:

In Description Fields:

• Press Cmd+J (Mac) or Ctrl+J (Windows) to invoke the task writer

• Type your web search command in the prompt

In Comments:

• Press Cmd+J (Mac) or Ctrl+J (Windows) to access Write with AI

• Or click the "Write with AI" button

• Include your web search command in your prompt

How Web Search Works

Simply include a web search command in your prompt. For example: "go to anthropic.com and get all price information about their AI"

Hypertask will:

1. Visit the specified website

2. Gather the requested information

3. Incorporate it into your content

Using Web Search in Different Contexts

Task Description Fields:

• Use Cmd+J / Ctrl+J to open the task writer

• Enter your web search command

• The AI will fetch and integrate the information into your description

Comments with Write with AI:

• Use Cmd+J / Ctrl+J to access Write with AI

• Include your web search command

• The AI will gather the data and help craft your comment

This enhancement makes both task creation and commenting more powerful by allowing you to incorporate external data without leaving Hypertask. Remember, while the keyboard shortcut is the same, its action adapts to whether you're in a description field or comment section
