Managing and Utilizing Favorited Boards Shortcuts

Hypertasks allows you to set and use keyboard shortcuts for quick access to your favorite boards. This feature enables swift navigation between your most-used boards, enhancing productivity.

How to Manage Favorite Board Shortcuts

1. Open the Hypertasks Command Center (HTC) by pressing CTRL + K (Windows) or CMD + K (Mac)

2. Type "manage favorites" and select the option

3. In the favorites management interface, you can assign boards to specific shortcuts:

   • ALT + 1

   • ALT + 2

   • ...

   • ALT + 0

Using Favorite Board Shortcuts

Once set, you can quickly switch to a favorited board from anywhere in Hypertasks:

• Press ALT + [number] (1 through 0) to instantly switch to the corresponding board

Tips for Effective Use

• Assign your most frequently used boards to lower numbers for easier recall

• You can set favorites for boards from any team you're a part of

• Regularly review and update your favorites to match your current workflow
