Share with team members (private link)
Share with anyone (public link)
Adjust sharing permissions
Private vs Public Sharing
Private Links: Only accessible to users who are already members of your workspace. Use these links when sharing with colleagues.
Public Links: Can be accessed by anyone, even without a Hypertasks account. New users accessing a public task will be guided through a simplified onboarding process.
Mouse Access
All sharing options are also available through the task menu (three dots) for mouse users. This menu appears in both the Kanban view and task detail view.
